The Hunter Gatherer knife is a knife specifically designed for the deer stalker/ game hunter though it would also make a great bird and trout knife or even a great all round knife for someone going out on a wild woodland forage that needs a knife for the finer cutting tasks.
This knife has been designed with the help of a couple of good deer stalking friends and is currently in the testing phase.
Sofar I have only produced it in 01 high carbon tool steel but hope to build future "Hunter Gatherers" in stainless. Possibly RWL34 or CPM154.
