This knife is in AEB-L Stainless steel at 62 Hrc with a Freeze cycle dry ice bath for extra toughness
Overall length approx 192mm
Blade length approx 75mm (cutting edge 72mm)
Fitted with Beautiful Stabilised Spalted Maple and Quad mosaic pins
